This boot is super stiff but unlike other stiff boots I have had it is not uncomfortable at all. I did have to use the included ankle pads to get the liner to fit on my right foot. Now that the pads are in there the liners fit like a glove. I did have to size down a 1/2 size to get the right fit. They were tight at first but now that the liners have packed out after around 15 days they are perfect.

i have been hiking and snowshoeing for a long time and it took 20 years before i finally discovered the benefit of doing these activities with poles. and these poles are perfect. they are easy to adjust-which was a big thing for me since i was not sure where i liked them yet and the strength was amazing. i abused these the first time out and i was nervous i would break them but not even close. they are light and the grips fit my hands well. i used another set on a trip and the grips were very uncomfortable. i highly recommend these

very nice jacket. does what it is supposed to. marmot produces quality products and this is no exception. I like this jacket better than my softshell for most situations. it moves better and is more comfortable. the windstopper aspect is flawless-works extremely well. the one possible draw back is possibly the fit. depending on what you are doing but as a midlayer it is a little bulkier than i would like but still works well. i do prefer a snugger more athletic fit as a midlayer. i still think it is well worth the money. it is exactly as advertised. no risk in buying this jacket

if you are carrying in a pack this canister is the only way to go. it fits perfectly into the cup and saves space. the first time i used the system i was amazed at how much cooking i was able to do with just one can. I figure i can boil water to the fill line about 20 times depending on the temp outside or the starting temp of the water. you can obviously use other brands like msr but they don't fit as snug inside the cup and some don't fit at all. I have never experienced any leaking or rusting of the canister either. which was not the case with other brands. it does have the standard valve and the fuel formula performs very solid in cold temps. I have used it in -10 degrees and it performed perfectly

this watch looks good. at fist i thought it was going to be too big but after wearing it it is so light you barely notice it. there are so many features i don't know that i will ever use this many but the compass, thermometer, and altimeter seem pretty accurate. the chrono has tons of good features in itself. i highly recommend this product. i was afraid of the price at first but i learned the hard way you get what you pay for. this one is worth the extra $$$.

This is a great piece to have. It fits perfect in my jetboil 1.5 liter and doesn't weigh anything. It is very strong and eliminates carrying multiple utensils. Plus it looks cool!

These bindings are super durable and have an amazing response time. From the park to charging big lines all over the mountain these bindings kill it. The EST stance system is amazing. You can customize your stance almost indefinitely. I highly recommend these.

This board is amazing for charging big lines. It is super stable at speed and can hold an edge like no other. I have size 12 feet and have no toe/heel drag issues at all. If you have big feet and charge all over the mountain this is the board for you.

i have all 3 sizes and love them. very solid. the colors are awesome and the kids think i am hip (or coll or sick-whatever the term the kids are using these days). I use this size for the gym-you know working on my summer body. anyway, i beeat the crap out of this thing-shoving it in lockers, throwing it in the car, standing on it when i don't want my feet to get wet in the athlete's foot infested gym floor water :) anyway it looks brand new. it can take a beating. great price

i was seeking the keen portsmouth when i came across these. at first i didn't like them. but once i put them on and felt how comfortable they are and that they actually look much much better then i thought before i put them on. they are really comfortable. in my experience you wold typically pay $50-100 more for the same support and comfort. really like these shoes. i went with the potting soil color and it is basically brown. looks good with anything

solid bottle. i drop it all the time and it takes it like a champ. the bite valve is durable-my 1 year old gnaws on it constantly. it takes a bit getting used to because you don't seem to get as much water as you would like with each suck. reward vs. effort scale is tipped a bit too much toward effort for me to give it a 5 star. other than that i would buy again no question.

very light, traction is unprecedented, flotation is good. the only thing i am not in love with is the binding system. it is quick and easy but i find it hard to get them tight and comfortable. this is not a big enough negative that i would lower my rating or even look at another shoe. just nitpicking. i weigh 190 packless and 230 with the pack and i have the 30's. no problems. i had did use the 27's but thought the other few inches would be better and i think that was a good move. the size is barely noticeable when i am wearing them

not sure how you could rate this poorly. it's pretty obvious what you are getting. it's a steel cylinder with a screw on cap. there are really only a few things you could call features-the lid seals very tight and the loop is handy, there is no lining in the bottle so there won't be any extra taste-just like all other steel cookware pieces. it is lightweight and seems tough. I have not dropped or banged it hard so i don't know what it will take to dent it yet. very pleased with it. hot liquids will heat the bottle up-again, as expected, and if the liquid is hot enough i am sure it would burn you. the small brochure that comes with it warns against hot liquids. i highly recommend-nothing negative to say

love the feel when they are on my feet. the stretch around the arch is great. they have a very soft feel and stay up around my ankle all day. they wick very well and don't stink! I bought my wife some and she wears them around them everywhere. In the winter they are on her feet around the house everyday. there is something about the feet but when things are going well down there you feel like you can do anything. Great sock.

i really like this jacket. it's got a relaxed fit that is a bit more casual than some of the more athletic cuts. That is what i was looking for. I did find that because of the relaxed fit i needed to drop a size from a L to a M. I am 5'8" 185 lbs. It is a good thickness for a mid layer-not too bulky and breathes very well. I also like the stretchy fabric. the outer side of the fabric is very smooth and almost feels like light softshell material. the inside is very soft-love it. i would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive, lightweight, relaxed fit, sharp looking fleece or softshell. Would not recommend for more technical applications like climbing or real cold weather activities-even as a mid layer

This binding has little bit more flexibility I think than the Cartel or the Custom. It also has a lower back so you can tweak your grabs easier.

This board is super poppy for such a light board! It is also really responsive! I have it in a 164 and have size 11.5 feet and it just fits me.

I am very pleased with this jacket. I really like the way it fits. It is not too tight and not too short like some of the other softshells I have tried. The material is very flexible and I have yet to have any moisture get through. I would definitely buy this coat again.

I used these boots on a recent snowshoe adventure and they held up nicely. My feet never got wet or cold. Very sturdy and comfortable.

These are the shoes if cracks, slabs or face climbing are your game. They are comfortable for long routes and hold up great. If you climb in the Valley, Eldo or the Gunks this is your shoe.

There is a reason these have been called that. They kill it at almost every type of climbing. If these fit your feet get them because you will never want another shoe. I size down about 2 sizes in these. Also I have a narrow heel and these fit me well.

This rope is way more durable than ropes over a mm bigger. I have used it 4+ times a week for over 6 months now and it barely looks worn. The middle mark has lasted as well. I thought it would be gone by now but it is still there. The sheath is barely fuzzy. What a great rope! You can feel safe using it in a Gri Gri also. I have seen no problems using it in one.

This little guy is worth every penny. The palm protector lets you get out the most stuck nuts with only minimal bruising to your hand. The little carabiner on it makes it light since you don't need a full size one to attach it to your harness. This is the best shaped nut tool out there also.

This anchor system is great at the crag for cleaning anchors (especially for beginers) and for hanging out at belays on multi pitch routes (no more clove hitch). It is great when raping since you don't have have two slings to go to each bolt or trust just one bolt.

i love these things. they have allowed me to you wear boots that are more comfortable that i wouldn't normally wear cause either they are too cold or not waterproof enough. i used to get that little pile of snow that would build up in my toe and it would be cold and eventually my boots would seem to allow the water through. now with these i don't have to worry about either. love them. i would recommend them highly. even just to have on you in case it gets colder or you have a real wet snow or something. for as inexpensive as they are definitely worth it. seem to be very durable as well

i have used this watch a ton. love the features. they all seem to be pretty accurate. the thermometer needs some time to register an accurate reading-obviously you have to take it off too. it is bomb proof too. i beat it like crazy while climbing or just messing around. holds up well in extreme cold temps. not sure what the lowest temp rating is but i have had it around -10 no problems. it's a good price as well. it is also very light. i was concerned cause it looked big but i barely notice it cause it is so light. would buy again

very nicely constructed. solid material, solid straps, the bottom is hard core. i love the boot compartment. i use it to put my wet clothes in from the gym-don't worry it has vents... just enough room for a day on the hill or a bunch of clothes for an overnighter. i could probably make it work for a weekend as well. my wife probably could not.

i would expect to pay twice as much for this bag. very sturdy, quality thick fabric. i have loaded it full of clothes and gear-freakin heavy and it holds up very nice. i have bought all 3 sizes. the colors are awesome and at this price i think you would be hard pressed to find a better deal. Highly recommend

this is a great piece. simple design, lightweight and a good fit. it is a bit snug when putting it on but once it is on it moves with you very nice. someone mentioned in there review it may be a little short. i could see that. i am 5'8" and it is about perfect for me. any shorter and it would be too short. i would recommend and i will probably buy another color myself.

lightweight, stretchy, fits great. i use it for everything. i wish there were more styles available. this is a bargain for what you are getting. highly recommend for any activity or as an everyday lounger. it's comfy and looks good

i was blown away with this jacket. the fit is excellent. i typically wear a large but went with the medium and it was the right choice. i am 5'8" 185lbs. it blocks the wind very well and it is a good insulator. i like it as a mid-layer or by itself. it looks very good too. as an all purpose jacket i highly recommend it. in extreme cold this is not it. i wear it for just about everything-the athletic fit allows me to perform all activities with ease. it seems to breather pretty good for how thick it is.

Most gloves that I use get holes in them after one season of use. These have lasted the whole ski season (70+ days)and have not shown any signs off getting holes yet!

This boot is a great all-around boot that is very stiff at first but breaks in quickly to give you a moderately flexing boot.

The traction is amazing on these things. What really stands out to me though is how light and easy to walk in they are. You can walk pretty much normally and you don't have to worry about the shoes hitting each other. I am not in love with the binding system mainly because they are not as fast to get on and off as others I have used. Once locked in though they are very solid. I really don't see how other shoes stack up??? There is as much surface area to keep you on top of the snow and more grip than anything out there. I hear people complain about the price but they are not that much more and for what you get they are worth it.

using my jetboil is one of my favorite parts of any of my adventures. I have cooked some crazy stuff in this thing. It is veery lightweight and compact so it fits anywhere. It is also very simple to operate and very dependable. I have not had any problems with the ignition or anything. If I am ever concerned with a boil over I don't latch the cup down all the way which makes it easy to remove the cup quickly. I also use the larger pot and stand for cooking more solid food or for larger groups. It took a couple of uses before I figured out the temperature. This thing is hot and cooks fast. This stove is my favorite thing in my pack-hands down!

Wet, cold hands are what I hate most. That all went away when I got these gloves. My hands never get wet and with the additional liner my hands never get cold. They also seem very solid in windy conditions. My last trip was very windy and cold and I didn't even think about my hands the whole time. I have not found a better glove especially at this price.

I really like these pants. There are plenty of pockets, the fit is great and best of all I never get wet. I also really liked the cross-venting in the legs. I use these pants for everything from snowshoeing to dog sledding as well as snowboarding. I am always warm and dry.

Good Looking shoe and very comfortable. did not take long to break in. they do seem to run a larger than I expected. i typically wear 9.5 or 10. I ordered a 9.5 and they seem to be a half size too big. I will keep them anyway-I like to wear a thicker sock. They look good and feel great. highly recommend them. this is my third pair of shoes/boots from Vasque. I love them all. It is rare to have success 3 times with the same shoemaker.
