Adam's Photo Caption:
From a high level circumnavigation of Mt. Rainier. If ever there was a trip that traverses between heaven and earth this is it. This is the ultimate mountaineering experience on Mt. Rainier. Traveling expedition style, we were able to cross 15 glaciers and traverse the entire mountain. This expedition provided a remarkable opportunity for full-on real life routefinding and glacier travel in wild terrain, well off the beaten path!
Lee Cohen, on his choice of this photo:This photo has a nice feeling of adventure to it besides being a cool visual. You get a sense of where they are coming from and where they could be heading while where they are going is unknown enough to say they are on an adventure. I really like the effect of the staggered hikers in the distance as a small part of the frame.
