We can’t see you face to face, so we have to make sure it’s you ordering, and not some creep who stole your credit card number. The more information we have, the better we can do that.

We verify that the billing address, phone number, and email you've provided match the information the bank has associated with the form of payment you're using. One of our Order Analysts may contact you if we can't verify this information.
