How to Redeem Your Code

Redeem your discount code during checkout by clicking on the Redemption Codes link on the checkout page. After you enter the code, click the Redeem button. The discount will automatically be applied to eligible items in your cart, and the discounted amounts will be displayed on the page.

So you have a Redemption Code (rad!) but you're not totally sure how to use it (not so rad). Well, we made it easy. You can use Redemption Codes on online orders, chat orders, phone orders, and in our retail store. These codes do expire, though, so let's talk about how to use them. After you enter the code, the expiration date will appear directly above items discounted in your cart. Your code won't be redeemed until you hit Process Order, which is the final step in checkout. This means you can still add additional items to your cart after entering the code, but once you have hit the Process Order button, your code will be redeemed.
