| The shoestring holders broke the first day. The shoe looks very cheap and very poorly made. They look like plastic. My son does not want to wear them and I can see why. I am definitely sending them back. |

| At first glance the shoe looks a bit plastic-y, but it performs VERY well in wet hiking conditions, through streams, on slippery rocks, and on the beach. Our kid stayed comfortable, even with wet, bare feet on a 4 hour paddle-and-hike. No blisters or rub spots. Good shoe!! |
