| Upon opening my first Superfood Slam I thought, "It's green?!". Yep, like real food it's green. The Superfood Slam is like nothing on the market and tastes pretty dang good! It's nice to know that I can both enjoy this meal replacement/energy bar as well as get some important nutrients and anti-oxidants. It's definitely hard not to eat an entire bar in one sitting but if you have more will power than I the package is generous enough in size that you can preserve the rest for later down the trail. Fruit, nuts, bits of chocolate...I'm going back for more! |

| Good energy, bad taste 12-09-08 |

| To start, these bars are very moist and filling. I had no problem eating a whole bar without it making me want to run to the nearest creek or for my Nalgene bottle. They offer plenty of calories for good energy and are made with some great ingredients. But the taste is terrible. I enjoy trying new and healthy foods and for fairness, I have eaten four of these bars over the past week. But after those four bars, the taste did not get any better. They were, however, easy on the stomach and did not leave a nasty after taste (surprising). I look forward to trying other Pro Bar flavors, but dont plan on ever buying these again. Overall, 3 stars for the simple fact that, despite the bad taste, they get the job done. |

| LOVE these bars 10-18-08 |

| I spend over 100+ days a year skiing/hiking. Every morning I eat I PRO BAR and a banana, providing me with the energy to hike/play/ski all day. SUPER FOOD slam is one of my favorite flavors. You can tell you are actually eating REAL ingredients. Every few bites you get a big chocolate chip (organic of course like the rest of the bar). I highly suggest trying or just simply switching over to PRO BAR if you are a fan of Clif bar. |
