This down sweater vest is extremely light weight yet cozy warm. I recently wore this skiing with a base layer and hard shell on a -40 (windchill) day and stayed comfortable all day.

I wouldn't call this as slim fitting as the other reviewers seem to imply... but it fits very nicely with a base layer and fleece jacket underneath it. I was looking at the montbell down inner vest but was disappointed that they did not sell XS - and this was a lot cheaper. Great deal, good quality, and only about 2 oz heavier than the montbell. It is extremely comfortable and cozy.
