Description of Osprey Packs Talon 11 Backpack - 600-700cu in:
|
Trail run the Mount Si Trail in the Cascade Range or mountain bike the Porcupine Rim Trail in Moab with your Osprey Talon 11 Backpack loaded with water, food, and gear. The Talon 11 has a hydration compartment for your water bladder (not included) and bungee-laced front compression to hold your rain jacket. Hikers will like the bungee ties for their trekking poles. Stash your energy gel in the harness pockets and your camera or candy bars in the hip-belt pockets. This Osprey Talon Backpack features the AirScape back panel, which is padded for your comfort and has air channels to keep you cool.

Bottom Line: Mountain bike, hike, or trail run with the Osprey Talon 11 on your back.

| Very good day pack 09-09-08 |

| I picked this pack up by accident. I actually was planning on getting (and had purchased) the Talon 22. I went to the warehouse and picked up my gear and accidentally received the 11 instead. I am actually very happy that I accidentally received the Talon 11 because I would have over packed the 22 just because it has the room.
If you are looking for a great day pack that is great for extremely hot weather. Look no further. The AirScape ventilated foam HDPE back panel really allows your back to breath. This is a great back frame system that reduces back sweating on really hot days. This pack is also great for trail running and mountain biking being hydration compatible. |

| I am very happy with this pack. I have been looking for a day pack that fits 'just right'.
I am 5'6 (almost) and 127lbs. Medium frame. This is a perfect size for my day hikes. Water bottle, cell phone, my bee sting kit, an extra t-shirt or rain jacket and maybe even a small bagged lunch will fit nicely.
Couldn't be happier!

| I've had my Osprey for almost 2 years now. I love it so much. I bought it for a multi-purpose bag, for running, biking, boarding, and even school. Its just big enough for my laptop or one class of books (thats all I carry anyways.) I have yet to find something wrong with it. |
