| This stuff is pretty tasty and has some good stuff for you. This stuff is a good way to get some electrolytes and vitamins. I find that it tastes has a hint of the artificial sweetener taste (like NutraSweet) but not too much so. I like the Tangerine Ginger flavor. As the other reviewer said, it does take a couple of minutes for the table to fully dissolve, and if you're putting it in a water bottle I recommend leaving the top unscrewed or pressure will build up. |

| Nuun U Natural is really good and has a nice light flavor. It lasts a lot longer than Emergen-C and doesn't taste like crap an hour later if you don't finish your water. I use a whole tablet after a hard workout and it has a refreshing taste. The tangerine ginger is awesome! Totally good after a sweaty yoga session or a long run. My only beef is it takes a good minute or two to dissolve and sometimes I am not very patient! It is worth the wait and tastes great! |
