I commute by bike most every where and this bag holds all my workout gear as well as my work clothes very comfortably. I have stuffed this bag to the gills and it still rides very comfortably. It has all the interior pockets I need and the yellow interior make it easy to find things. I've rode in some very heavy rain and all my gear was dry when I got to where I was going. Even when I'm not packing a lot it still works great. I have other Crumpler bags and they're worth every penny.
