Ski-specific features like an integrated powder skirt and helmet-compatible hood keep out the snow when you ride on a stormy day. A RECCO reflector may help ski patrol find you in the event of an avalanche. Arc'teryx used WaterTight zippers to give the Stingray Jacket every advantage against wet weather, and added no-lift underarm gussets and articulated elbows for full freedom of movement. *Available for US Shipment Only.

Minimal, but well thought out. May only be water-resistant, but this jacket sheds water as if it's waterproof. It breathes well too so it's great for hiking & backcountry skiing. Best jacket I've ever owned. You get what you pay for. I'm an ARC'TERYX believer! My only gripe is the sleeves are 1" too long on size SM for an ave 5'4" woman.

This jacket actually is fully waterproof, with Gore-Softshell and fully seam-taped.
